Refund and Returns Policy

At Yogadx.com, we strive to deliver high-quality products. However, if you receive a faulty item, we are happy to assist with an exchange or return under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Exchange & Return

  • We only accept exchanges and returns for faulty products (e.g., printing mistakes or defects).
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or if the product is no longer needed.
  • Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof to claim an exchange or return.

2. Exchange Process

  • If a product has a printing mistake or defect, we will provide an exchange.
  • The customer may be required to return the faulty product before receiving a replacement.
  • In some cases, we may allow the customer to keep the faulty product while sending a new one.

3. Return Process

  • Returns are only accepted in exceptional cases if the issue cannot be resolved with an exchange.
  • If eligible, we may issue a refund while allowing the customer to keep the faulty product.

4. How to Request an Exchange or Return

  1. Record an unboxing video showing the issue clearly.
  2. Email us at hello@yogadx.com with:
    • Your order number
    • The unboxing video as proof
    • A brief description of the issue
  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 3-5 business days.

5. Additional Notes

  • Exchanges and returns must be requested within 4 Days of receiving the order.
  • If a return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Yogadx.com reserves the right to deny requests that do not meet the above conditions.
